AJ Bell are serious about their apprenticeship scheme. They hire for several different roles and have regular yearly intakes. To find out more about what their most recent cohort get up to, read the blog below!<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2018AJ Bell welcomes 22 new Apprentices\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n This year we have received close to 500 applications for our apprenticeship programmes and were again overwhelmed by the calibre and enthusiasm of every applicant, something that made choosing our apprentices especially tough. The ability to hold face to face assessment days again post-pandemic, brought a much-needed personal touch to the recruitment process. Out of those applications we\u2019ve carefully selected and now have the pleasure of welcoming our 2022 cohort, our biggest intake to date!<\/p>\n As our apprenticeship offering grows, we are super excited that 13 Investment Operations Specialists apprentices and 9 Digital Degree apprentices have chosen to begin their careers with us. They all come from different walks of life and are keen to begin making waves in their various business functions including, Customer Services, Operations and Technology Services.<\/p>\n In their first few weeks, they have embarked on their journey with AJ Bell through a rigorous onboarding programme focusing on various technical training tasks and workshops, brilliantly curated by the Apprenticeship and L&D teams. Throughout the sessions, the apprentices were introduced to the world of AJ Bell and gained a deeper understanding of what makes us who we are, how they fit into our culture, they have got to know each other and met key influential people across the business including our very own CEO Michael Summersgill. They have also spent a day volunteering in the community.<\/p>\n Apprenticeship Programme Manager, Lucy Kidson said;<\/strong> \u201cWe are really excited to welcome our latest cohort of apprentices to AJ Bell.\u00a0 They have had a fantastic introduction to life at AJ Bell and we can\u2019t wait to see how they progress and develop over the course of their programmes\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Head of Learning & Development, Angela Davies said<\/strong>; \u201cThis is our 6th <\/sup>year recruiting apprentices in AJBell and they play a huge part in who we are and what we stand for as a business. \u00a0We are thrilled to see the numbers increasing year on year and we are always proud to see them grow with us and progress within the business.
